Meeting Recap

Another great meeting this month. Many tunes were played, and some new tunes were taught.

A reminder that we will NOT have meetings in July and August, as per tradition. Enjoy the summer! We will meet again in September with a special guest! That’s right, in September we will be joined by Louise Mulcahy! The incredibly talented piper and fluter is the current owner of Liam O’Flynn’s flat set, and will be hosting a workshop and house concert. See below for more details!

As previously mentioned, Louise Mulcahy will be visitng Seattle in September. The date is not 100% confirmed yet, but it will be the second weekend. Which means it will take the place of our standard September meeting. We may or may not still have the traditional BBQ. It will depend on the venue we secure for the workshop, and Louis’ schedule. As soon as I have more details I will keep everyone posted. But for now, Mark you calendars for for the second weekend in September!
