Workshops & Concerts

Scoil Samhraidh Willie Clancy 2025 registration is in full swing. Pipers will need to register by via t the Na Piobairi Uilleann website (pipers.ie). I suspect the majority of accommodations are already booked, however there is a Facebook page with folks still offer up their spare rooms: Willie Clancy Week Facebook Group.

They have also released the program for the event in an Instagram post you can see here.

House Concerts

I’ve also received word that Sean Gavin, Johnny Connolly, and Cary Novotny will be visiting Seattle for a house concert on June 25th. Please reach out to John Manning for more details on that.

Bandcamp, Bits & Bobs

The other day I came across one of Doug Plummer’s house concerts featuring Ivan Goff, Andrew Finn Magill, and Alan Murray. I saw this trio play at last years Bellingham Irish fest and heard about this concert, but only just now found it. Some incredible tunes and playing in this one. They also put on one hell of a session up north. Anywho, enjoy!

That’s it for now. See you all next month!
